In 1998 I went on my first overseas trip. Unlike previous
trips I had made within the US, this time I took notes
and made regular reports back via e-mail to family and
friends. When I returned I consolidated my notes and messages
into an account of my impressions and reactions to what
I saw.
Since then, I've continued to do the same each trip I
take. Some people have found these accounts entertaining.
There are the my personal experiences. Experiences I can
relate to you, but they cannot be fully shared. Travel
brings with it the perceptions and backrgound of the traveller
- it cannot be the same for any two different people. Get
out there and travel! It really does broaden the mind.
